Scheduling For your convenience you can schedule an appointment from my website using the Make your appt here link. You are also welcome to send appointment requests or questions to me by email at gudhartmassage@gmail.com , by text or by phone (530) 414-8444. Upon confirming your appointment request, I will reserve your confirmed time specifically for you, and will request a credit card number as guarantee of payment.

Prior to beginning a therapeutic massage, I recommend that each client allow time for an assessment session, where I will observe posture, muscular and structural differences, range of motion, and gait.

Cancellations If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment for any reason, I kindly request that you provide me with no less than four hours notice so that I may offer that appointment time to another client. Cancellations that occur with less than four hours notice (or no shows) will result in a 100% charge.

It is a good idea to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so that you have time to transition into massage mode. Should you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to provide your requested service within the remaining portion of your reserved time. However, if you expect to arrive more than fifteen minutes late, I respectfully request that you call to inform me of your tardiness, otherwise I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and categorize it as a no show.

Inappropriate behavior (especially of a sexual nature), as determined by the massage therapist, will result in the treatment session being terminated and the client being charged for the scheduled treatment, regardless of whether the treatment session has been completed or not.

Medical Conditions Please inform me of any medical conditions, medications, special needs, and / or special requests that you may have upon making your appointment (including pregnancy). This is important so that I may prepare accordingly and make you aware of any contraindications that your condition may present.

As a Certified Massage Therapist, it is my responsibility to apply my knowledge and training to making sound informed decisions about when massage is appropriate and when it may be contraindicated. In the interest of safety, it is important that I am aware of ANY physical, psychological, or medical condition that my clients may be experiencing currently, or have experienced in the past. It is my responsibility is to do no harm.

Tolerance I am proud to provide a hospitable environment that embraces diversity. I welcome clients from all walks of life, regardless of gender, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, weight, age, fitness level, political affiliation. I do not, however, tolerate the abuse of alcohol, drugs, or massage therapists. As a therapist, I enter into a Wellness Team contract with my clients, and I expect mutual respect in our professional relationship.
